Job description
The Content Lead will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing a content nstrategy to build brand awareness, generate leads, and engage veterinary clinic owners. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to content creation, including video production.
Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Creation:
Develop and implement a content strategy, focusing on lead magnets, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and videos.
Create engaging video content such as product demos, client testimonials, or explainer videos.
Produce high-quality lead magnets like eBooks, guides, or templates to attract potential clients.
Develop and execute engaging LinkedIn posts that highlight the pain points of veterinary clinics and the solutions SCSS offers.
Write compelling newsletters to nurture leads and keep the audience informed. - Content Distribution:
Manage content distribution across LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
Collaborate with the sales team to align content with outreach efforts. - Performance Tracking:
Track content effectiveness (traffic, engagement, conversions) and provide regular reports.
Continuously improve content based on performance insights. - Collaboration:
Work directly with the Founder to ensure alignment on strategy and goals.
Collaborate with designers or external freelancers when needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 3+ years experience in content marketing, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience creating video content, including product demos, explainer videos, or client stories.
- Creative and results-oriented mindset with the ability to generate leads through content.
- Experience creating lead magnets, social media posts, and newsletters.
- Self-starter attitude with excellent time management.
